Frequently Asked Questions

Discover the answers to your frequently asked questions about our products and services.

Each range is a protocol, not a single product: a defined order of steps, each with its own time and temperature range. The home care products exist to hold what was done in the chair, and carry the same actives as the professional step they follow.

The formulas are vegan and are not tested on animals. Some of them also carry the European V-Label certification, and that one is printed on the pack: if you need the certified item specifically, check the label before you order, or ask us and we will tell you which ones carry it.

Yes, and the range was built for it. Read the limit on each label before you start: Reactive Pro Smooth Therapy is capped at 160 to 190°C for blonde and sensitised hair, while Rebonding Keraplex goes up to 230°C on resistant hair. Sensorial Repair Stabilizer is the leave-on step used during bleaching, colour or straightening.

It depends on the protocol and on the state of the hair, which is why the service starts with a diagnosis. Each step states what it does: Step 1 prepares, Step 2 is the technical step, Step 3 closes and seals. Ask your professional which route your hair needs, or take the quiz.

While results are long-lasting, regular use and professional protocols are recommended to maintain maximum fibre strength and shine over time.

The 1 litre formats are for professional use in the chair. The home care range is made for the client to use between visits, and is sold in 250ml and 200g formats.

B-Plex™ is PIUR’s bond-repair technology. It rebuilds internal hair connections, restores elasticity, and protects the fibre during realignment and chemical processes.

PIUR is manufactured in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The brand is based in London and this store ships within the United Kingdom.
