Ampoule: the fast weekly dose
Each ampoule is a single 15ml dose, once a week, for that line's weekly deep-treatment slot, in place of that week's conditioner and mask.

One 15ml single-use ampoule, applied to clean, damp hair.
Frequency
Once a week, replacing that wash's conditioner and mask, not adding to them.

How to use a Power Dose ampoule
Step 1
Wash first
Shampoo as normal, then apply the full ampoule to clean, damp lengths and ends.
Step 2
Three minutes
Leave for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Step 3
Skip the rest that day
It replaces the conditioner and the mask for that wash, not an addition.

Can I use the ampoule and the mask on the same day?
No. The ampoule is designed to replace both the conditioner and the mask on the wash it is used, not to be combined with them.
How often should I use it?
Once a week, as the fast alternative to that week's mask, not a daily product.
Does it need heat?
No. It is a rinse-out step, left on for 3 minutes at normal water temperature.
