Does every treatment need heat?
No. Heat is optional on some steps (Protein Infusion, Seal & Protect, Moisture Infusion) and needed on others that finish with an iron (Smooth Therapy, Keraplex). Always check that product's own label.
Can a treatment be used without its line's shampoo first?
Not as tested. Each treatment here is built to follow, or for Prime D-Tox to precede, its own line's shampoo, not to be used with a different line or completely on its own.
Is Stabilizer part of a numbered protocol?
No. Unlike the other treatments here, Stabilizer is a leave-on spray used before, during or after a separate chemical service such as colour or straightening, not a rinse-out step in a fixed sequence.
