Finishing and protection, the last step
Whatever routine or salon service came before, the finish is what meets heat tools, UV and humidity every day. A leave-in or oil at the end is what makes that result hold.
Frizzes back up fast
A smooth result from washing or styling does not last once humidity or a heat tool gets involved.
Flat, no shine at the ends
The lengths dry soft but without the reflective, glass-like finish a last step can add.
Heat styling every day
Daily blow drying, straightening or curling asks for some protection before the tool touches the hair.
The finishing step, in order
On damp hair
Spray 4D Defence on damp hair after washing, from lengths to ends, then comb through.
Dry or style
Blow dry or air dry as usual with 4D Defence already protecting against heat and friction.
On dry hair, for shine
Warm one to two pumps of Silk Halo between the hands and glide through dry lengths and ends.
In the Hydraluxe salon protocol, Balm is the professional leave-in that seals the service instead.

Do I use them together, and in what order?
Does 4D Defence help after a smoothing or straightening service?
Is the Hydraluxe Balm the same as these two products?
